OEM capabilities
Rosetta Cookware runs pressed and forged aluminum production lines in 6th of October City, Giza, with a capacity of 150,000 pieces per month. We work from 99.5% pure aluminium in wall thicknesses of 1mm, 2mm, 2.5mm, 3mm and 4mm, with granite non-stick coating and bakelite handles.
What product forms can you order?
Our tooling covers casseroles and deep casseroles, fry pans, wok pans, sauce pans, crepe pans, grill pans, milk pots (labbane), oven trays including deep and sini formats, tart and cake molds, and multi-piece sets, in sizes from 14cm to 46cm. Lid options in the current range include granite-coated aluminium lids and stainless steel lids.
How does an OEM enquiry work?
Send us the product forms, sizes, thicknesses and quantities you need. We quote per item list on FOB Egypt terms with low minimum order quantities, and samples can be arranged so you can validate the product before volume production. The factory holds ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 certifications.
Where do we ship?
We export from Egypt to customers in Europe, the Gulf, Africa and beyond, and also produce for the Egyptian market under our own Rosetta brand.
