What we produce under your brand

Rosetta Cookware manufactures pressed and forged aluminum cookware from 99.5% pure aluminium, finished with granite non-stick coating and bakelite handles. Wall thicknesses run from 1mm to 4mm depending on the range you choose. The current tooling covers casseroles, deep casseroles, fry pans, wok pans, sauce pans, crepe pans, grill pans, milk pots (labbane), oven trays, sini trays, cake molds and multi-piece sets, in sizes from 14cm to 46cm.

How does private label work with Rosetta?

You select products and colors from our range, we produce them under your brand name. Gift box packaging is available on set items. Quotes are prepared per item list on FOB Egypt terms, with low minimum order quantities and a sample-friendly process, so you can validate quality before committing to volume.

Why produce in Egypt?

Our factory in 6th of October City ships FOB from Egypt and serves customers in Europe, the Gulf, Africa and beyond. Production capacity is 150,000 pieces per month, and the factory holds ISO 9001:2015 (quality management) and ISO 14001:2015 (environmental management) certifications.

What is the difference between private label and white label?

With white label you brand products exactly as they exist in our catalog. With private label we can go further on colors and packaging within our existing tooling. Both programs are quoted the same way: send your item list and target quantities, and we reply with pricing and lead times for that list.
